At samedaydoctorTM, we offer a range of private GP services, as well as specialist consultations, both as walk in clinics or by booked appointments.
Walk in clinics
Our samedaydoctorTM private clinic can arrange urine and blood tests. X-Rays, ECG's, MRI/CT and Ultrasound scans can be arranged at very short notice. Our doctors will conduct comprehensive medical investigations, and admit patients to hospital if required – we have admitting rights to local hospitals.
Medical Consultation
A consultation with one of our doctors will include a full medical history and clinical examination. Investigations may be requested such as blood or urine tests, X-rays, scans or referral to specialists.
The Executive Health Screen includes:
- Consultation covering lifestyle, occupation and medical history
- Full examination
- Lung function test
- ECG
- Blood pressure
- Full Blood Test with biochemistry, cholesterol, fasting sugar, haematology, liver and kidney function
- Urinalysis
- Smear test for women
- PSA Test for Men (Prostate)
- Breast examination for women
- Mammogram for women (additional fee)
- Weight, height and Body Mass Index
- Full medical report
- Referral for further tests (to other specialists if required)

Diabetic Clinic
At samedaydoctorTM we offer a full Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes screening service, including retinopathy screening, cardiac and lipid screening and treatment with both insulin therapy and oral drugs. We also offer the services of a nutritional consultant, qualified to give advice on diabetic and other specialist diets.
Hay fever and Allergy Treatments
We can carry out full allergy testing and treatment for hay fever
