- Standard charge with GP/Nurse consultation is £100.
- Home visits fees are charged at an additional cost.
- Standard charge with a specialist is £170-£200.
- All tests and procedures are charged additionally. .
- All payments are due on the day service is provided
- samedaydoctor does not normally give email or telephone advice and cannot be held responsible for any advice given outside of a formal consultation with a doctor or nurse.
- Deposits or full payment in advance are required for some types of appointment. The taking of an advance payment for a home visit or other service does not guarantee that we are able to provide the service and may be refunded if we are unable to provide the booked service. Otherwise all advance payments are non refundable.
- Doctors who consult for all the samedaydoctor clinics do so under their personal responsibility and all complaints need to be addressed to the individual doctors concerned.
- samedaydoctor is a consulting clinic and is not liable out of hours -we do however recommend providers who may be able to help out of hours in London.
- Although we do try to organise Home or Hotel Visits to patients, we are not obliged to do this. This is an additional service and we do not have an ongoing Duty of Care out of hours and patients should register with an NHS GP for this. Emergency callers are recommended to dial 999 or attend their local A+E department. On some occasions, no doctor is available to do Home Visits or operational issues may prevent a doctor from attending.
- Once a doctor is requested to attend for a home visit and payment taken, the fee is non-refundable if the home visit request is subsequently cancelled.
- We can recommend disabled patients to clinics with full disabled access.
- All patient details and records are kept in the strictest of confidence.
- If you wish to have something translated to your first language or explained in further detail please ask and we will do what we can to cater for your needs.
- If you wish to make any comments, complaints or suggestions you may do so in writing to; Dr Caroline Shuttleworth, 14 Wimpole Street, London, W1G 9SX. She will forward the comment or complaint to the doctor concerned.

- Patients have the right to access their health records inline with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Our staff have the right to work in an environment free from violent, threatening or abusive behaviour and everything will be done to protect that right. At no time will any violent, threatening or abusive behaviour be tolerated.
